Business Operations Coordinator

St Mary's is a residential special school and college for pupils/students with speech, language and communication needs, learning difficulties and other associated SEND.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our busy back office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking HR and finance administrative duties, managing HR databases, recruitment support, training and absence tracking, archiving, producing reports, and administering transactional financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake HR and finance administrative duties

This is a fast-paced role that requires flexibility, initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail. We offer a highly positive working environment, a great staff team, and wonderful pupils/students to work with.
Requirements:
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook)
- Effective communication skills
- Previous experience in a school is beneficial but not essential
