Business Operations Coordinator

St Mary's is a residential special school and college for pupils/students with speech, language and communication needs, learning difficulties and other associated SEND.
We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our busy back office as part of our business and admin team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake HR and finance administrative duties
- Manage HR databases
- Provide recruitment support
- Track training and absence
- Archive documents
- Produce reports
- Administer transactional financial processes
This is a fast-paced role requiring flexibility, initiative, accuracy and attention to detail.
We offer a positive working environment, a great staff team and wonderful pupils/students to work with.
The successful candidate must be flexible and able to work as part of a team. Good IT skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook) and effective communication skills are required.
Previous experience in a school is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
