Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our Shared Services Team at St John Ambulance. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-value invoicing and debt recovery services to our internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, consider, and resolve enquiries from staff, line managers, volunteers, customers, and suppliers, providing effective resolutions at the first point of contact whenever possible.
- Provide exceptional customer service that places the customer at the heart of all we do and enhances the reputation and efficiency of St John Ambulance.
- Maintain up-to-date records of every enquiry, allowing others to accurately understand the status.
- Escalate unresolved enquiries through appropriate channels.
