Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our Shared Services Team at St John Ambulance. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-value invoicing and debt recovery services to our internal departments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, considering, and resolving enquiries from staff, line managers, volunteers, customers, and suppliers, providing effective resolutions at the first point of contact whenever possible. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of every enquiry, ensuring that others can accurately understand the status.
