Accounts Receivable Specialist

St John Ambulance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their Shared Services Team. This dynamic role will involve delivering high-value invoicing and debt recovery services to internal departments.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering quality service and experience in dealing with debt recovery processes in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. They will possess excellent communication and engagement skills, as well as an eye for detail.
Key responsibilities will include receiving and resolving enquiries from staff, line managers, volunteers, customers, and suppliers, providing effective resolutions at the first point of contact whenever possible. The successful candidate will also ensure that up-to-date records are maintained of every enquiry, allowing others to accurately understand the status.

The role will be based at the shared services centre in Sheffield, where on-site parking is available, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model once their training has been completed.
St John Ambulance offers a competitive salary and pension scheme, as well as 33 days' holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 38 days over five years.
