Job Description: Accounting Process Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Process Coordinator to join our team at Thalia. This is a unique opportunity to work in a complex environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our finance department.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication skills. A customer service focus is essential for this role.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing vendor invoices and credit notes through our OCR DocuWare platform.
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Creating payment proposals and posting vendor payments.
  • Resolving invoice and vendor queries.
  • Providing support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

Requirements:

  • Culture fit: passionate, good team player, strong customer service focus.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially using Microsoft Excel.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
