Job Summary:
A dynamic and ambitious Business Development Representative is sought after to excel in sales, driving business growth by engaging with customers, promoting industry-leading services, and meeting targets. About the Role:
This challenging yet rewarding position requires a confident, resilient, and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. As a Venue Sales Executive, you will work in high footfall areas, collaborating with small teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve individual and team sales targets, and maintain accurate records. Your primary focus will be on engaging potential customers at pop-up venues, converting them into satisfied Elan customers, and representing the company during meetings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in venue sales events, collaborating with colleagues to drive sales growth
- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently pushing for excellence
- Represent Elan Communications during meetings and presentations, showcasing the company's innovative products and services
- Maintain accurate customer records, providing valuable insights to management

Requirements:
- 18 years old (for contract signing purposes)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Ability to travel around Newcastle and surrounding areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset
- Data analysis skills, with experience tracking performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

Bonus Points:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or field sales
- A solid understanding of tech products and their benefits

What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £25,400-£26,500 per annum (dependent on age and experience) + uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of £50,000
