Role Overview
The Clinical Evaluator is a key member of our team at Reactive Recruitment, responsible for conducting thorough assessments to evaluate an individual's functional abilities. This role requires a high level of observational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and produce timely reports.

Estimated Salary: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, with potential earnings up to £45,650 including bonuses and benefits.

Job Description
As a Clinical Evaluator, you will be working closely with patients to assess their functional abilities, providing detailed reports on your findings. You will need to demonstrate excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper into each patient's needs. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that all reports are completed to a high standard, meeting the required deadlines. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of our assessment processes.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic. You must also hold full registration with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with a valid PIN and no restrictions. Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access is essential, as well as a valid driving license or access to transportation to attend the nearest assessment centre. We offer flexible working hours, with a minimum 4-week notice period for any changes to your rota.
