Active Care Group Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Part Time Clinical Psychologist to join their team in Northampton. As a key member of the clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing psychological assessment, intervention, and support to residents with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a wide-ranging knowledge of specialist neuropsychological assessment and treatment, particularly for adults presenting with cognitive, psychological, and emotional impairments. You will be experienced in delivering individual therapy and helping non-psychology team members work with individuals who have experienced an acquired brain injury.

This part-time position offers 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to accommodate personal or professional needs. Our standard working hours are ideal for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and formulate treatment plans for residents with complex mental health needs
  • Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy programs to address problem behaviors and treatment needs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • BPS registration
  • Enhanced DBS clearance

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, birthday off, and access to our Active Learning Hub for e-learning and face-to-face training opportunities.
