We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our assessment center, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations and providing expert opinions.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with various health conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Analyze patient data and provide detailed reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
  • Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN.
  • Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and investigate thoroughly.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated Total Earnings (OTE): £45,650 per annum.
  • 25 days of annual leave (increasing to 27 days after 5 years), plus additional leave options.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including pension plan, life insurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and parental leave.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time role: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day).
  • Flexible working hours can be arranged with your line manager after initial training, accommodating both personal preferences and business needs.
