Critical Care Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualised nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Care for patients requiring multi-organ support, including level 3 and 2 patients.
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team, including senior nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with admission and discharge areas to provide excellent nursing care and contribute to a positive patient journey.
Requirements:
- Minimum of demonstrable post-registration experience in an acute setting.
- Ability to work internal rotation from day to night duty.
