About the Opportunity

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Expert to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments from clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Take payment via phone or online portal
  • Chase missing purchase orders
  • Create purchase orders and send them out
  • Maintain and update excel spreadsheets

You will also be required to chase outstanding debt by phone or email, complete supplier forms, and maintain mail merge lists.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience within credit control
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Knowledge of excel (mail merge and ability to manipulate data)
  • Ability to work in a team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary of £26,000 - £28,000, performance-based bonus, birthday off, pension, company events, 2 days working from home*, free parking, and a relaxed positive working environment.
