**Job Description:** Health and Safety Training Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Training Specialist to join our team at Liberty Speciality Steels. As a key member of our Health and Safety function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing development and compliance of our employees with company policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective health and safety training programs for employees.
- To identify training needs and skills gaps and source/co-ordinate appropriate internal or external courses.
- To deliver specific hands-on training and meet with managers and employees to evaluate the success and effectiveness of completed training.
**Requirements:
- NEBOSH General certificate (or working towards).
- A relevant training qualification, i.e., PTLLS, would be advantageous.
- Experience of delivering training in a classroom environment.
**Benefits:
