About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety, Health & Environment Advisor to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe planning, delivery, and review of complex projects across the construction and maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Vistry Group in the safe planning, delivery, and review of projects
  • Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on safety best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a safety, health, and environment role
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
