About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety, Health and Environment Advisor to support Vistry Group in the safe planning, delivery and review of complex projects across the construction and maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the safe planning, delivery and review of projects across the construction and maintenance industry
  • Ensure compliance with Vistry Group Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Policies, Standards and legislation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols and procedures
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and report on safety performance

Requirements
  • NEBOSH Construction or equivalent diploma
  • Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial
  • Experience in a Safety Advisor role within Residential Construction or Tier 1 Contracting
