Job Opportunity at JEM Childcare Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery, in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
  • At least 3 years' experience of working in a day nursery, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations, as well as Ofsted standards and requirements.
  • Ability to inspire, energize, and support others, with a genuine passion for working with children and helping others learn.
