Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections and taking photographs, reading and appraising drawings, reviewing construction method statements, carrying out drone surveys, and liaising with homeowners, developers, contractors, and counterpart surveyors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to gather data and information.
  • Analyze and interpret site data to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A valid driving license and own transport for site visits.
  • a degree in Surveying or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Information:

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience, reflecting the level of expertise required and the importance of this position to our organization.
