As the Director of Talent Development, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's learning and development strategy, aligned with our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy, leveraging industry trends and best practices.

2. Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, with a focus on adult learning theory and instructional design principles.

3. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create targeted learning solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and performance reviews, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet organizational needs.

5. Lead a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship, with a focus on project management and prioritization.

6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, continually improving programs and services.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field, with a Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven leadership experience in learning and development, with a strong understanding of organizational development and change management.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Experience working in the healthcare or social services industry is a plus, with a strong understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
