About the Role

As a Student Success Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the academic and personal success of our students. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote student achievement and well-being.


The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.


Responsibilities:
  • To monitor the educational progress of students and intervene to assist them in overcoming obstacles to their progress.
  • To communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student needs are met.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of interventions and strategies that promote student achievement and well-being.
