About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Learning and Wellbeing Support Team at Ark Acton Academy. As a Student Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the emotional and wellbeing needs of our students.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about student wellbeing and is looking to make a positive impact in the lives of young people. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide targeted support to students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing wellbeing programmes
  • Providing one-to-one support to students
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working with secondary age students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to student wellbeing and raising attainment
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to our leisure centre, school counsellor, and employee rewards programme.
