We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate materials.
- Process paperwork related to employee onboarding, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files and benefits data.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the HR team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR administration role, preferably in a recruitment agency or similar industry.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
What We Offer:
- A 3-month contract with the opportunity for extension, depending on the needs of the business.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13-£14 per hour.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with the possibility of working from home up to 3 days per week.
