About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate care package coordinator to join our team in Londonderry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to a young man with a tracheostomy.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals. They will also be able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care, ensuring that each individual receives the highest level of support and compassion.

This is a rewarding role that offers a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, with guaranteed rota hours. You will also benefit from comprehensive training and development opportunities, including post-registration learning and practical paid training.
