Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex care needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support individuals to engage in activities of their choice
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
