Job Description

We seek accomplished engineers for a dynamic team at the cutting edge of energy market transformations in the UK and globally. The successful candidate will have a wide-ranging experience and knowledge of the oil and gas industry, particularly in refinery-related projects.

  • Analyse project specifications, tender, and proposals requirements.
  • Evaluate and select technology, conduct economic assessments, and configure processes for optimisation.
  • Develop design parameters and methodologies, prepare discipline engineering analysis, and contribute to approval processes.
Requirements

Candidates should possess a BSc or MSc in Chemical Engineering with experience in Gas/Liquids Cracking Technology. A background in Gas Processing, Carbon dioxide Capture and Storage technology, Petrochemicals, Refining, Offsites & Utilities is essential. Theoretical understanding of process design methods and tools, as well as considerable knowledge in Oil & Gas Processing, Refining, and/or Ethylene/Petrochemicals, is required.

  • Familiarity with HYSYS, PRO/II, PROMAX, Flarenet, Flaresim, API 520, 521, 526, 527, 2000 etc., and leadership skills are preferred.
  • Able to manage teams of process engineers and provide progress and schedule reporting.
