At Pertemps Redditch Commercial, we are seeking a skilled Digital Merchandising Manager to lead our digital merchandising efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering business results through excellence in merchandising execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation of range reviews to maximize sales and profit potential, aligned to commercial priorities.
- Develop and manage detailed retail merchandising plans to maximize customer engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans and campaigns.
- Analyze sales and web metrics to inform merchandising decisions and drive business growth.
- Coach and lead a team of merchandisers to consider the customer in all decisions made.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital merchandising or marketing management.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to influence teams and senior management alike.
About the Role:
This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension or permanent opportunity. The role involves hybrid working, with 2 days working from home and 3 days working in the office.
