We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Support Administrator to join our team at a Barchester care home.

About the Role

This varied role involves answering phone calls, handling administrative tasks, and supporting managers to deliver high-quality care and support for residents. You will also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and their families around the care home.

As a Bank Admin Assistant, you will work on a flexible basis to provide cover for annual leave or sick leave. This means your hours and days will vary, but you will be rewarded with competitive pay and plenty of opportunities for free learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and handling administrative tasks
  • Supporting managers to deliver high-quality care and support for residents
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing them around the care home
Requirements
  • Able to multi-task and have good computer skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work flexibly and on a bank basis

The estimated salary for this role is £18,500 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
