About the Role

The EHCP Coordinator Assistant will work closely with other EHCP Coordinator Assistants as a team, offering support to Coordinator Officers, to ensure that statutory deadlines of the service are met.

As a Coordinator Assistant, you will contribute to the development of the SEND Service by:

  • Managing your own performance, supporting and working with EHCP Coordinators, managing databases, managing a caseload, and meeting statutory deadlines.
  • Being the first point of contact for families and professionals, requiring strong admin and technology experience to undertake a range of functions that will improve the delivery of the SEND Service.

The post is based in Guildhall 2, Kingston, with working hours of 36 hours per week, split as follows: 09:00-17:15 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-17:00 on Friday.

About You
