Education Health Care Plan Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Education Health Care Plan Coordinator Assistant. As a key member of our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination of Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and correspondence with families and professionals.
- Work closely with EHCP Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate completion of EHCPs.
- Provide support to the Business Support Manager and Deputy in the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service.
- Contribute to the development of the SEND Service by managing databases, caseloads, and meeting statutory deadlines.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs. You will have excellent organizational skills, including time management, creative thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking. You will also be able to work well under pressure and be flexible in your approach to carrying out tasks.
