About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an EHCP Coordinator Assistant. As a key member of our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the coordination of Education, Health, and Care Plans for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and correspondence with families and professionals.
  • Work closely with EHCP Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate completion of EHCPs.
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues to achieve shared goals and meet statutory deadlines.
  • Contribute to the development of the SEND Service by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs. You will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess strong administrative abilities. You will also be able to make good use of technology to perform functions and ensure work is timely and accurate.
