Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Safety Team Member. As a key member of our safety team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol multiple properties to identify potential safety risks and ensure our students feel secure.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies, providing support and guidance when needed.
  • Assist students who are locked out of their rooms, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our students, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Accurately report incidents electronically, contributing to our commitment to transparency and accountability.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and listening skills, remaining calm under pressure and approachable at all times. You should be confident working independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

  • A competitive salary range of £25,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
