Automotive Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our Jaguar Land Rover Store based in Oxford. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for motivating the team to deliver good outcomes for customers, achieving weekly sales targets, and promoting vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Sales Executives and Transaction Manager to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Liaise with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email, to ensure their needs are met and complaints are resolved efficiently.
- Work with the team to promote vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online, ensuring excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction index scores.
- Collate finance proposals for customers, ensuring they are in the best interests of the customer.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry, with main dealership experience.
- Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve both quality & quantity goals.
- A calm and professional manner.
