The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the end sales process, liaising with partner agents, and ensuring the correct documentation and contracts are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end sales process - taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day
  • Liaising with partner agents
  • Responding to queries and arranging conference calls
  • Gathering required documents to complete the sale

Requirements:

  • Natural ability to problem solve and think on your feet
  • Rapport building skills
  • Experience in a similar role or background in legal / conveyancing
