A highly skilled Estate Agent Sales Progressor is required to join the team at Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end sales process, liaising with partner agents, and responding to emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end sales process - taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day
  • Liaising with partner agents
  • Responding to emails
  • Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process
  • Gathering required documents to complete the sale
  • Responding to queries and arranging conference calls

Requirements:

  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Progressor experience is desirable, or, have legal/conveyancing experience
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills
  • Persuasive can do approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload
