A highly skilled Estate Agent Sales Progressor is required to join the team at Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end sales process, liaising with partner agents, and responding to emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end sales process - taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day
- Liaising with partner agents
- Responding to emails
- Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process
- Gathering required documents to complete the sale
- Responding to queries and arranging conference calls
Requirements:
- Previous Estate Agent Sales Progressor experience is desirable, or, have legal/conveyancing experience
- Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills
- Persuasive can do approach with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload
