Job Title: Estate Agent Sales Progressor

Job Description:

A rare opportunity has become available for an Estate Agent Sales Progressor to join this well-respected Estate Agency. The successful applicant will be required to deal with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers, and Vendors. They will be responsible for chasing the progression from each party, ensuring the correct documentation and contracts are in place.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end sales process, taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day
  • Liaising with partner agents
  • Responding to queries and arranging conference calls
  • Gathering required documents to complete the sale
  • Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process

Requirements:

  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Progressor experience is desirable, or, have legal/conveyancing experience
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A natural instinct for problem-solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential
  • A persuasive can-do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload
