Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in a general ledger position and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel? If so, we would like to hear from you

In this exciting role as Accounts Payable Administrator Audit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by acting as an initial point of contact for supplier enquiries and ensuring payment authorisation of supplier invoices. You will also assist with month end procedures, process improvements, and have opportunities for internal promotion and employee development.

We offer a competitive salary package of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, a range of benefits, and a dynamic work environment. To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 4-6 months of experience in a general ledger position, preferably in a high-volume environment, and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Act as an initial point of contact for supplier enquiries
  • Liaise with colleagues to resolve discrepancies
  • Creation and location of invoices with accurate VAT status and coding
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Payment authorisation of supplier invoices
  • Assisting with month end procedures
  • Assisting with AP system process improvements
