About TCS Contracts:

We are a leading construction company specializing in high-end bespoke residential builds and historic property restoration. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, and we're seeking a skilled Residential Contracts Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned professional with technical knowledge and experience in building houses from start to finish. As a Residential Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing site meetings, coordinating trades, and maintaining quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the project Quantity Survey to understand commercial implications and drivers.
  • Programme construction works and supervise site activities.
  • Maintain quality control and complete RAMS.
  • Coordinate trades and liaise with clients.
  • Manage site meetings and sub-contractors.
  • Procure materials and sub-contractors.
  • Follow Architects and Engineers drawings.
  • Ensure budget control and cost recovery.

Requirements:
  • Must live within a 30-minute drive to Newbury.
  • Must have technical knowledge and experience in building houses from start to finish.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
  • SSSTS / SMSTS not essential, but IT literacy is a must.
