Role Overview:
Amspec Limited seeks an accomplished Projects Manager to oversee the delivery of complex fit-out and refurbishment projects across the Northwest. This challenging role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Maintain open communication channels with site teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of up-to-date knowledge in Construction Contracts
- Experience in Refurbishment projects with relevant qualifications in Health & Safety / Management
- Valid CSCS Card and SMSTS certification
Salary and Benefits:
