Join Our Team as a Food and Beverage Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our team at Away Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience in our bars and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet guests with a warm welcome and ensure they have a positive experience in our bars and restaurants.
  • Take food orders and ensure that all guests receive their orders promptly and accurately.
  • Serve behind the bar and maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Ensure that your area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that they are all looking after our guests.
  • Cash up at the end of shifts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Set up or close down of the facility as required.
  • Ensure that all restocking is completed at the end of each shift.
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience of a similar role in food and beverage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Be a natural leader and role model with a can-do attitude.
  • Relish the fast pace of a busy bar or restaurant.
  • Be a people person with excellent communication skills.
