Join Our Team as a Food and Beverage Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our team at Away Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience in our bars and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet guests with a warm welcome and ensure they have a positive experience in our bars and restaurants
  • Take food orders and ensure that all guests receive their orders promptly and accurately
  • Serve behind the bar and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Ensure that your area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Cash up at the end of shifts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate
  • Set up or close down of the facility as required
  • Restock supplies and maintain a high level of inventory management
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role in food and beverage
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver exceptional results
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
