About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Away Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience in our bars and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Take food orders and ensure that every guest receives their meal to perfection
  • Serve behind the bar with a smile, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring that our facilities are always spotless and well-stocked
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience
  • Cash up at the end of shifts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date
  • Set up and close down the facility, ensuring that everything is ready for the next day
  • Restock and replenish supplies as needed, ensuring that our facilities are always fully stocked and ready for service
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that our business is always operating within the bounds of the law
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role in food and beverage, preferably in a hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • A natural leader and role model, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • A people person, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience
