Caregiver Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate caregiver to join our team at Ginghamkids. As a weekend nanny, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to a child with complex additional needs on Saturdays and Sundays.

Your primary duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, preparing meals, engaging in play activities, and attending community events. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for the child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the child with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child
  • Engage in play activities with the child and encourage playtime with younger siblings
  • Attend community activities as required
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for the child

Salary and Benefits: £16 gross per hour during the week (£35,360 PA) and £18 gross per hour for weekend work (from £5,515 PA)
