Teaching Assistant Position:

We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Lancaster area. The successful candidate will have recent experience of working in primary, secondary, or SEN schools and knowledge of the National Curriculum.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A very high standard of communication skills, accurate use of spelling and grammar
  • Experience in EYFS, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, or Key Stage 5
  • Commitment to professional development and a keenness to learn

Salary and Benefits:

  • Paid in line with LCC: Level 1 - £12.09 per hour, Level 2 - £12.31 per hour, Level 3 - £13.97 per hour, HLTA - £16.18 per hour
