Job Title: Concession Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a skilled Concession Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. As a Concession Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of our concession shops, ensuring that products are displayed in a way that drives sales and enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center to ensure accurate and timely receipt of merchandise.
  • Implement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines to maintain a consistent and appealing store layout.
  • Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor, meeting customer demand and driving sales.
  • Ensure promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements, maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
  • Organize extra stock in assigned areas, including inside tower storage and stockroom, to maintain a clutter-free and efficient store environment.
  • Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required, maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste.
  • Check style numbers in the concession system to ensure scanning properly, ensuring accurate sales tracking and reporting.
  • Proactively look for and suggest improvements to sales performance, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy Concession area at all times, ensuring products are not left on the floor and the store environment is safe and appealing.
  • Lead and train partner teams by example, demonstrating good product knowledge and providing guidance on visual merchandising best practices.
  • Provide regular updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager on performance, offering feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
