As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the management team in maintaining the high standards that make our lounges so special. You'll work closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves happy and wanting to come back.

The Role
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and quality
  • Lead by example, setting the pace high for the team to follow
  • Monitor and control the flow of customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
  • Manage the team's workload, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals

What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or front of house team member with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
  • Knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues and customers
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work at pace with limited supervision while adhering to pressure and timescales
