Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Night Nurse to join our team at AD WARRIOR. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical care to adults with disabilities in a high-dependency, residential care home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standard of clinical care is provided to all individuals supported, including assessments, medication administration, and care planning implementation and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement person-centered care plans that promote independence and well-being.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin and ability to provide details to the organization.
- Experience working in a high-dependency, residential care home setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of adult care and disability services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
