Job Title: Care Home Night Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Night Nurse in our care home for adults with disabilities. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and care planning implementation and evaluation.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Pin and ability to provide details to the organisation.
  • Experience working in a care home setting, preferably with adults with disabilities.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
