About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Energy and Sustainability Professional to join our dynamic Asset Data & Strategy team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collate, manage, and report energy and housing data
* Bid for government funding streams
* Create improvement plans to achieve government targets for EPC Band C
* Utilise Net Present Value appraisal models to assess property performance
* Liaise with stakeholders to promote energy efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
* Relevant Construction Qualification
* Relevant Energy Qualification
* Experience working within the housing association sector
* Strong computer literacy with excellent Excel & database skills
* Experience with asset management systems
