As a key member of our administration team, you will provide comprehensive support to our Personal Injury Trust Service, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients and solicitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration Support: Provide full end-to-end administrative support to our Personal Injury Advisers, including preparing and issuing trust documentation, producing paperwork, and facilitating client requests.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to ensure accurate and timely delivery of trust documentation and resolve any queries or concerns.
  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage the diaries of our Personal Injury Advisers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients and solicitors.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for new inquiries from clients, solicitors, and barristers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A-Level standard or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administration role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to instill confidence and work effectively in a team environment.
