Job Title: Financial Services Administrator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Chase de Vere. As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a crucial part in improving people's lives by providing excellent support to our Personal Injury Advisers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full end-to-end administrative support to our Personal Injury Advisers.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure all relevant trust documentation is issued correctly.
  • Produce relevant paperwork for clients on behalf of the Adviser, including quotations, illustrations, valuations, and client reports.
  • Process new business documentation efficiently.
  • Facilitate client requests regarding withdrawals, income, and tax queries.
  • Carry out efficient diary management for the Advisers.
  • Act as the point of contact for all new enquiries from clients, solicitors, and barristers.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to A-Level standard or equivalent.
  • Experience within an administration role, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to instil confidence.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to the role and management of your individual workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
