Job Summary: The Wayman Group seeks a highly qualified EYFS Specialist to join our team from April 2024. As a dynamic and innovative educator, you will create engaging lessons, support students' social and emotional development, and foster a love for learning in a collaborative environment.

Role Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver creative lessons that meet the Nursery curriculum requirements
  • Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators to develop effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of students' achievements and behaviour
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery) or equivalent, QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record, In-depth knowledge of the Nursery curriculum and assessment frameworks, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong organizational and time-management skills, Passion for education and commitment to supporting students' learning and development.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum.
